Abstract

Fribromatosis colli or infantile sterno-cleido mastoid muscle (SCM) tumour is a benign proliferation of fibrous tissue of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, leading to localised or diffuse swelling of the muscle. It is often associated with neonatal torticollis. We present two cases of fribromatosis colli (FC), through which the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this pathology will be discussed.
