Testicular torsion is a surgical emergency. Perinatal spermatic cord twisting, wrongly called perinatal testicular twisting, is a rare pathology that results in the twisting of the vasculo-nervous elements of the spermatic cord. Torsion may have occurred in utero (antenatal form) or during the first 28 days of life (postnatal form). Its diagnosis is clinically suspected with an important place of imaging in the positive diagnosis. The authors report a case with the review of key elements of imaging diagnostic as well as the modalities of management.
