Abstract

Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is a rare pathology that can be transmitted by the prion. It is a serious pathology, of rapid evolution whose outcome is fatal in the short term. His diagnosis is difficult, associating the hyperintensities with cerebral MRI, the electroencephalographic abnormalities and the positive 14-3-3 protein assay. The objective of this work is to appreciate through our two observations, the diagnostic contribution of MRI.
